Tot Mom Chloroform Bombshell!

Posted: 12:00 AM ET

Caylee Anthony

Newly released tot mom documents reveal traces of the potentially fatal chemical chloroform found in a Gatorade bottle and a syringe at the scene where Caylee Anthony's body was found! This after previous disclosures that Casey Anthony's computer showed searches for chloroform recipes! How will the tot mom defense fight back against this apparently damning evidence? Nancy Grace has the latest breaking developments, 8 & 10 p.m. ET on HLN.

no wonder why the police and investigators go to the parents first. it is a shame how these parents can say thay love their children and then in the next breath kill them or attempt to kill them. george and cindy are both in denial about what casey did.and caseys lawyers are smoking crack or something thay actually believe that she is innocent. and she doesn't even know who is caylee's dad that is sad. all i got to say is CASEY TELL THE TRUTH STOP LYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jackie   November 9th, 2009 9:43 am ET

Just one more thing to prove

mitzi   November 9th, 2009 9:58 am ET

Using chloroform in a syringe??? Seriously? Poor Caylee......God keep her. Heaven knows what this precious angel would have endured throughout her entire life if her mother hadn't cut it short when she did? Casey Anthony will get what she's got coming to her. I have no pity on her. Poor little Caylee....dealt such a sorry hand so early in life.

char   November 9th, 2009 10:34 am ET

id LOVE to see what defense is gonna come up w/ to spin out of this? was it zanny? or probablly try to point to jesse grund...but the hangmans noose is getting tighter and tigher for dear ol case...

Melissa   November 9th, 2009 10:40 am ET

I want this girl to rot in jail....

Janis   November 9th, 2009 11:25 am ET

Caylee was such a precious little tyke and for her to be taken out by her own mother makes my stomach turn. Not even Caylee Grandparent's, whom she loved dearly, are not on their Grandaughter's side. Caylee is in God's loving arms. I hope justice prevails and Casey Anthony gets nothing less than death. She is so deserving of just that!

Susan, NC   November 9th, 2009 11:36 am ET

The bitch should be set on fire

Grisel A. Riley   November 9th, 2009 1:14 pm ET

I have followed this case from the beginning. I have cried, and fell in love with the image of this precious little girl, Caylee Anthony. I have asked myself how can a "Mom" would hurt her child after carrying her in her womb for 9 months? Even the wild animals take care of their Cubs. God plays the biggest part in our lives, our humanity, HE gives everyone of us a Consiensce and to know the difference from Right and Wrong. I was a young mom when I had my daughter, when she was born I was 22 yrs.old and had just lost my husband 3 month before my daughter was born. I was a Newlywed only 7 months married, my husband had an Anurysm was in a coma for 5 days and then he passed away 3 months before she was born. When my daughter was born I was so Happy and Sad because she would never be able to meet her beautiful father. My parents helped me so much and I thank God for them. , But I was so over joyed to have something that was mine and his. If a mother don't want her baby give this baby to a family member that would love her and would care for her, or put her for adoption to a family that will love her and care for this precious little girl. She seem to have suffered an Unspeakable Death and for that this so called "Mother" should not have any privilage what so ever. She should meet GOD quickly so HE would put her in HELL for all ETERNITY.....

Ann Venth   November 9th, 2009 1:56 pm ET

Why are they taking so long to go to trail

F. Swann   November 9th, 2009 2:13 pm ET

I.m trying to wrap my head around the actions of the grandparents to little Caylee. It seems as though George and Cindy knows the truth which I am sure the truth is hard to swallow this I know. But, why haven't they shown any remorse for the grand daughter? The actions from them seem to more on Casey and defending her. I think Casey needs to be told by her parents that what she did was absolutely wrong.
I do believe with the parents putting on blinders and not concentrating on fixing a devastating blow to the heart for this child who will never had a chance for the 1st day of school, graduating from high school, or ever marrying anyone, this should be their concern. I as a mother who loves my son dearly but, If he ever did anything like this I am sorry but I could never stand by his side. I mean I love him but, I would not condom killing any child. George and Cindy are sending Casey signals that her actions where okay and not her fault. NOW THAT IS TRULY A BOMBSHELL. If she's released she just might repeat history. They need to let her know that her actions where dead wrong.

vic   November 9th, 2009 2:16 pm ET

well ya she did this

Joan Kamen   November 9th, 2009 2:22 pm ET

I do not think that Nancy is fair, she said the bag with syringe etc.
was next to the baby s body. Other sources claim it was near, or in
the area of the body. There is a difference between next to and
in the area of. Nancy was an English major, she knows how to
use the English language. Furthermore, unless there are fingerprints
and/or dna connecting this syringe to Casey Antony, I do not see
the significance of this evidence. This seems like an area where
people would hang out and do drugs.

sandy   November 9th, 2009 2:24 pm ET

This tot "mom" is just a sorry excuse for a human being. The WHOLE time her lil girl was laying in her trunk, dead, she's out partying, having THE time of her life..I HOPE she gets the death penn., and she sufferes as much as the lil girl did. Maybe if the USA would abikde by the rule as other countries, you steal, they cut off your hand, you lie, they cut out your tounge, you kill, you are killed as well..
I am a mother of 1, 26 and he is in the Navy and he has a 4 month old, I'll say this..if I knew my daughter-in-law did this to MY Grandchild, NOO way would we stand by and let her sit out in a jail cell like a lil "princess" and her lil smurk on her face when she goes into the courtroom..people sending in $$ so she can buy her cookies, and hair crap...I would go every single day to see her and make dand gome sure, she would suffer, and Lord please make sure tha glass is tough cause THIS TEXAS GRAND MOTHER would NOT just sit back and let time go by like it has for this hoochie momma, whore, TRAMP..she deserves the death pinn. and NOW! I have never hated like i HATE that tramp that's sitting in jail, and the tax payers are flipping the dam bill..THAT IS CRAZY..make HER parents pay for her sorry rear end, NOT the tax payers! I hope she just kills herself and goes streight to HELL!

Carol Van Smith   November 9th, 2009 2:30 pm ET

I had originally thought that Caylee's death was the result of an inadvertant overdose. This newest evidence leaves little doubt that Caylee's death was sinister and purposely done. The Tot Mom's intent was to end her daughter's life.

D   November 9th, 2009 2:38 pm ET

I think the most important evidence against Casey Anthony is that she did not tell anyone that Caylee was "Missing" for 30 days. Then telling lies to the police that are trying to FIND the baby. All the rest falls into place after that.

That 30 days of an unreported "missing" child would be the clencher backed with lying to the police that would be it for me if I were on this jury. All the rest of it would just be fuel in the fire. If I were on this jury – I would make sure that she faces the needle – just the same as she did to her own baby. I don't care about Casey's age – that she is female – it would be straight to the vein.

Reasonable doubt would go right out the window the minute I was told Casey (actually it was Cindy that reported Caylee "missing" not Casey) waited 30 days to report a missing 2 and a half year old.

30 DAYS!!!!! 30 DAYS!!! Jose should be trying to figure out how to explain that to the jury.

I think Casey stole the needle (s) from one of the many guys she was sleeping with. Oh, can I use your bathroom – bam – she steals the needle (s).

It was a cold case (over 48 hours) before it was ever even a missing child case.

Thank about that.

Roberta Seneca   November 9th, 2009 2:53 pm ET

I fully believe that Casey Anthony is guilty....but wouldn't you think the daughter of a police officer would not leave evidence with the body? Dispose of it in some other way, away from the scene. I know that much for watching Law and Order! Is she that stupid, or do you think she'll use that to her advantage, saying she "would" know better...

cg   November 9th, 2009 3:11 pm ET

wonder if dear old casey REALLY started to scream for a sedative once she learned( s) of this newest blow to her pathetic defense...

trish   November 9th, 2009 3:34 pm ET

I was waiting for Cindy and George to appear on the morning shows.Maybe this new evidence will shut them up and stop them from profiting on their deceased granddaughter.

LIS   November 9th, 2009 3:43 pm ET

I wonder, can they get any DNA from the syringe?

stewart   November 9th, 2009 3:43 pm ET

it is quite odd that the syringe contained traces of testosterone. Does she have a body builder boyfriend or acquaintence around? I obsserved that in the prison photo of her tatoo, she appeared to have horrible acne on her back. Somwhat odd for a woman who tries to strut her stuff as much as she appears to do so. Testosterone given to women can cause acne to appear on the back. legs. and chest. I wonder if she was shooting it up as a lark, Who knows. There is little info available on the net or elsewhere that indicates that injection of chloroform is similar in effect as inhaling it. More likely, she was given chloroform as inhalant. Perhaps Casey shot herself up with whatever in order to murder her daughter. Maybe the chloroform was in the bottle and got into the syringe after being in the GatorAde bottle. I wonder if anyone did a tox screen on Casey upon arrest. A hair sample would show long term substance/chemical use that might not be revealed in typical blood or urine screen. Or is the syringe a red herring, placed there because it will have someone else's prints on it?

Machell Earl   November 9th, 2009 4:06 pm ET

I think that whole family is whacked. In one breath the the parents are giving the cops hints and clues and the next they speak as if she is innocent. The calls that Cindy made to the police tells a story of a mother that knows that her daughter is a killer. I would stand by my child through and through but I would never ever lie to the authorities. I punish my children for simple wrong doings, this kind of thing....the law can punish them. I will hold thier hand, shackles and all but doing something so hideous would be unforgivable.

billy   November 9th, 2009 4:23 pm ET

we all hate to beleive our children would do anything so awful as killing our grandchild i know it is hard for cindy, george but they just need2 think how it was for this baby some times it's hard to let go but i think it is time for cindy and george to bow out and show compassion where it is due and thats with their grand child

Whitney   November 9th, 2009 4:35 pm ET

i wish they would hurry and close this case so the family and Caylee can finally have some closure and we can see if Casey is put to death!

carol   November 9th, 2009 4:37 pm ET

awesome!! more evidence against this cold heartless bitch.

carol   November 9th, 2009 4:40 pm ET

LIS i didn't think of that, there probably isn't enough tho. let's hope i'm wrong.

Jill   November 9th, 2009 4:50 pm ET

The sad part is, it is up to the prosecutors to make sure they prove this case and Ms. Anthony guilty. I hope and pray they do not leave room for "reasonable doubt". Just think how many more children will die at the hands of their parent if she is set free. I agree with the fact that they should set the witch on fire. She is a sorry excuse for a human, let alone a mother. God gave her the gift of a precious little baby girl and she would rather party hardy than be a mother. She is a sick sick _itch!

Rest in peace Cayley!

Lynn Allen   November 9th, 2009 5:17 pm ET

Sex, Drugs amd Rock & Roll – she's a product of her generation, the one that has no care or concern except for themselvs and what "They" want to do next. Time to pay the Piper.

jennifer   November 9th, 2009 5:36 pm ET

As you said how is the defense going to spin this? No matter what discovery evidence is relesed they always say the standard statement it's junk science or yeah that may have happened or been the case but it wasn't Casey or my favorite by Jose Baez it's not important and try to file a motion to get murder charges dismissed. He must NOT have a conscience or soul to defend someone like Casey Anthony. Facts are facts. Regarding the chlorophorm alone, Casey has searches for it on her computer, they found traces of it in the trunk of her car where an outline of a toddler in the fetal position was found (and note the impression of that body outline was made by decomposing material of a rotting corpse) and now it was found at in the same place this poor child was found. No offense just on this topic alone it looks pretty incriminating, don't you think? Casey Anthony is a compulsive liar and she is probably one of these people who lies so much that she starts to believe the lies she tells as fact, not to mention friends of hers have made statements to that affect, that she is a habitual liar and actually believes her own lies. I pray the State continues with the charges as they are with the request to go after the death penalty. By the way has anyone else thought maybe she was having an intimate relationship with her attorney? I always thought they were too touchy feely with one another and his behaviour with her crossed a line of professionalism. All I have to say is God Bless sweet Caylee Anthony, at least now she has peace and will never ever be harmed by that ridiculous excuse of a mother again.

AmyB   November 9th, 2009 5:49 pm ET

I, along with many of you, have been following this case from day 1(which was really day 31 that Caylee was missing, but that's a whole 'nother issue). I never knew precious little Caylee, but I prayed for her, cried for her, and when her little body was finally found I mourned for her.
From the very beginning I smelled something fishy about Casey Anthony, and no it wasn't a rotten bag of pizza. I consider myself to be a morally good and fair person, but if she were in front of me right now, just the two of us, I cannot guarantee that I wouldn't exact my own brand of justice for Caylee.
As each new piece of evidence is released, I am that much more sickened and saddened. To all of those who say that the state's case is purely circumstantial, how do you explain away all of the evidence found at the scene in a DISNEY bag for God's sake??? Casey's narcissism (or stupidity) never ceases to amaze me-to leave all of those clues so near the body, which was so near her home, shows that she never thought for a second that she would ever be caught. To all of the Casey supporters, whomever you are-rest assured that the state is sitting on much more evidence and will only release it as they need to.

Susan   November 9th, 2009 5:54 pm ET

yes they can get dna off of the syringe. ya know this is all a bunch of %^&&(&(*&(&(&)^%%. All the $$ spent on this just to save face. Wake up grandma and grandpa if your daughter is so innocent why don't you get her out of jail? oh that's right you went on vacation..what a crock!!! if she is found guilty the prison will know who she is before she gets there and no one will protect her...and if she is innocent please don't let her have another child please for the love don't let her..innocent people get locked up everyday and guilty people get set free every day..lets just pray that our justice system gets this one right..Nancy you go girl..your the best..

Petals   November 9th, 2009 6:18 pm ET

It crossed my mind that IF Casey is guilty, maybe she got the
chloroform from the hospital. Her mother is a nurse, right? Maybe
Casey was visiting her mom and somehow got ahold of chloroform.

Sophia   November 9th, 2009 6:44 pm ET

This is repulsive. I hope she lives until 110 in prison. She's only 23 or 24. she'll have 85 years to think about that beautiful baby she could have raised. the child was darling and vivacious. Very, very sad.

Jeanne   November 9th, 2009 7:10 pm ET

I understand what George and Cindy Anthony are doing. I believe they know that Casey killed their granddaughter and I believe their grief is beyond measure. I think they want to believe this tale she is telling, but I think they really do know better. She is their daughter and they cannot abandon her. I try to put myself in their shoes. If this were my daughter, I would have put the cuffs on her driven her to the jail myself, but I also would be at every hearing and every court appearance just like the Anthony's. That's what parents do. I would not try to protect her or make excuses or try to justify what she's done, but I would be there until it is "said and done." They're still grieving and are holding out hope what maybe Casey is innocent, but when the smoke clears and they are able to think clearly, I know they will see her for what she is and what she has done.

Mary   November 9th, 2009 8:28 pm ET

I think they should put her in a cell with OJ.

Mary   November 9th, 2009 8:30 pm ET

No! That guy from Ohio would be better!!!

Cat   November 9th, 2009 8:48 pm ET

Since day two Cindy has tried to stop the search for that baby. She never searched for her. Just flew around the USA saying I can't comment. I rem where I was when they found her and how they left her in the box in the morgue for months to help Casey. That was the last straw and Geo tried to kill himself.

On the first day Cindy spoke the truth about/for her grand daughter then she fell under the spell of her evil daughter. George I omit from this. He tried to tell the truth but can't handle the wife and stay alive. The brother is long gone now. It won't be long and Casey will be alone for good. Someone has to stand up for this baby in a court of law.

AmyB   November 9th, 2009 9:10 pm ET

I also believe that George and Cindy know deep down inside that their daughter killed Caylee and I'm sure that they feel immense guilt. After all, they raised this monster and let her get away with "murder" her whole life. Casey has probably been a liar since she spoke her first words-she even stole money from her own grandfather's nursing home account!!

I felt sorry for the Anthony's for about a minute-until they started lying themselves to cover up for Casey. In my opinion, there is NO EXCUSE for that. They should be more concerned about seeking justice for Caylee than covering up the truth to protect their murderous daughter. Caylee was innocent and defenseless when her life was taken and SOMEONE from that family needs to "man up" and tell the truth. Until then, I guess the state prosecutor is the only one willing to be the voice for little Caylee.

Pam   November 9th, 2009 9:47 pm ET

I pray the judge allows the check fraud and theft case to go forward before the murder trial. Maybe some time in the general population at Lawety (Florida Prison for Women) will convince Casey to finally tell the truth about what happened.

I say ....fire up ole Sparky! A lethal injection is too good for her.

Response to Joan Kamen   November 9th, 2009 10:14 pm ET

There is no druggy that would use chloroform to get high...come on...logically tht does not make sense. Chlooform was used on Caylee and found residuel in the car...and then all this was found near the body...to much coincidence. Let start thinking of this little precious gift from god and get off this pitty thing for the mother. Shame on the grandparents, they loved this little girl so much...yet her life means nothing – by them defending their daughter they just make a mockery out of this little girl's life...If my daughter would do this I would love her but I would not cover for her...justice must be done..for this little girl's life to mean anything.

catch 22   November 10th, 2009 1:45 am ET

Well, it's not very surprising Casey wasn't a very good mother. She had lousy parents herself. She was forced to keep her kid as "punishment" for getting pregnant out of marriage. Really, how many people would feel a great deal of love for a child that they were told was punishment for "sinning". I think most people would resent their "sin" quite a bit. Casey repeatedly told her parents she was not fit to take care of this kid. Casey repeatedly asked her parents for help. They refused to help her or let her put Caylee up for adoption because this was Casey's punishment.

The same people who claim to love this kid so much are the same grandparents who didn't notice their grandchild who lived in the same town as them was missing more than a month.

p.s. (The suspect is innocent until proved otherwise in a court of law.) If Casey did kill Caylee, it very likely was accidental. If Casey's mother is a nurse, Casey probably thought she knew what she was doing if/when she drugged the kid. Overdose in pediatrics is way easy even if a professional is filling the rx.

maggie   November 10th, 2009 2:32 am ET

The laws should be changed and you should have to go to trial within 6 months of if charded with murder. The delays are a game for the prosecutors to have people forget what they saw and heard. I hope she gets the needle and not spend 20 years getting the job done. Enough!!!!

Jackie   November 10th, 2009 2:50 am ET

I love watching the videos that are taped from the jail when her parents visit and she acts so concerned. She makes me sick. How could anyone do that to their child or anyone. She's very selfish and hopes she rots.

elizabeth giamattei   November 10th, 2009 2:52 am ET

I've been sending messages all day on this:
First anyone see her jail pic of tattoo? Did u check out acne on her back? Testosterone taken by women can cause acne, an increase in facial/body hair, deepen the voice and no periods sometimes. On the other hand it a male was taking to bulk up it can cause bad rage attacks remember the wrestler on roids who killed his family? What if her father who looks like he pumps iron and we know he has a temper we saw it on the news and he had that breakdown? Something is not right with. This family they are all covering up something. I don't think casey has enough of a brain to hide that little girls body for so long from police I think maybe a former cop would know. Anyway I think about that beautiful little baby and I pray she didn't suffer I don't think I want to know what happend I just want justice for this little girl.

Joanne   November 10th, 2009 3:08 am ET

The syringe found in the woods near Caylee's remains doesn't strike me as strong evidence against Casey. From what I've read, a lot of trash was scattered about that area in the woods. Even without that, there is so much evidence that points to just one person, Casey, as the culprit.

I agree with everyone who believes that George and Cindy are suffering from guilt for tolerating Casey's behavior for many years and now blame themselves partly, for Caylee's murder.

By defending their daughter, they also defend themselves. As difficult as it is for him, George is more willing to face the truth but , in order to placate Cindy, he rolls over to stand by the side of his wife who cannot endure the reality of what happened.

angel miller   November 10th, 2009 8:51 am ET

I pray justice will be served in this case. Hopefully mom will know the feeling of a needle in her arm slowly ending her life just as her daughter did.

Tristan   November 10th, 2009 9:04 am ET

Amen to that, Joan. How do they live with themselves?

char   November 10th, 2009 9:41 am ET

jennifer, either casey attorney has no soul ( and /or) hes getting "paid" some other way( always heard rumors of "inappropriate" conduct between those two)
no, no druggie is going to inject choloroform to get a buzz...she used it for one reason and one reason alone/ dispatch caylee...
nope, i believe she made the choroform...hence the computer searches.
i personally hope she gets the death penalty...but id settle for life in prision= IN GENERAL POPULATION!

ChrisP   November 10th, 2009 9:50 am ET

As if there aren't enough horrors in this world... famine, violence, etc. but when a toddler is deliberately put to death at the hands of her own mother, that's beyond any understanding and forgiveness. Only a truly derranged EVIL person could do this to a child. My heart breaks when I think of the horrific last moments that this poor little baby went through before she died. When Casey is found guilty of first degree murder and is sentenced to death, it should be by CHLOROFORM injection with duct tape wound tightly around her head!!

JPD   November 10th, 2009 12:05 pm ET

Just Fry this idiot

Sharon O   November 10th, 2009 12:17 pm ET

The problem with Kasey is she is and was very jealous of Kaylee. Her parents showed more love to her child then her. I thought I heard somewhere that her parents wanted to adopt Kaylee, or at least raise her themselves. She probably figured with all the love and attention Kaylee was getting, she'd get it all or more if Kaylee was gone.If they wanted Kaylee more, than get rid of her and see what kind of attention she'd get . Kasey has told nothing but lies and has never known to ever tell the truth. Cheat, Steals, lies and kills.

Judy   November 10th, 2009 12:18 pm ET

What this poor child suffered is ...unimaginable and unconscionable....she is now safe with God....

Cathy   November 10th, 2009 12:32 pm ET

Grandma is hip deep in this whole thing... GUARENTEED

anonynymous   November 10th, 2009 12:40 pm ET

No ONE who loves their child waits 31 days to report them missing. I can not wait til she is on her way to her permanent prision home! Its sad that not even the grandparents are standing up for Caylee...

SharonB   November 10th, 2009 12:56 pm ET

I think Casey is exactly like her CRAZY ass mom. Denial, lies, etc... They are both just alike! The parents have enabled Casey's behavior prior to having Caylee and even worse thereafter, by keeping precious Caylee any old time the MOM wants to run around, & have her freedom. Well, I am glad the grandparents did NOT get Caylee – because they would have just created another MONSTER like Casey...if they had raised her. They practically did raise her though, cuz Casey sure didn't have any responsibility and thats her parents fault. I'm not saying I'm glad she's dead at all. But the best case scenario would be for Casey to have given up Caylee at birth, and then MAYBE she would of had a "normal" life!!!! Caylee didn't deserve to be raised by a crazy Grandma, that molded Casey into the selfish, narcissistic, lying creep that she is. Someone posted, that the family is supporting Casey, NOT their grand daughter, they are RIGHT!! If I realized that my daughter had killed my grandbaby, I would be testifying for the prosecution. These nutcases are one of the craziest families I have EVER seen, in all the court cases I have followed. And court isn't even here yet. I think the parents & brother should be taken down too. But let's get Casey on death row first.

SharonB   November 10th, 2009 1:02 pm ET

I'll go one step further... I think George needs to divorce
Cindy, but immediately move out, so he can clear his head. He does have an occasional moment of clarity, but I bet living with Cindy is like being in HELL. I think if he wasn't around her constantly, he would see the truth and be much more stable. But by being around that household, he has been exposed to the circle of crazy so long, it's leaking into him. Wonder who Cindy is going to pull for when Casey gets the death penalty?
PS – the check fraud trial is going to happen before the murder trial, last I heard on the news. I think that is still the case.

MargeinCharlestonSC   November 10th, 2009 2:11 pm ET

My compassionate nature is overworked these many years with the onslaught of "mentally ill" defense tactics for obviously guilty evil people. I have been jaded for years, having worked for years on the Defense side of the table. Anyone who kills another must by definition be "mental" either for a moment, or for the action. Throw that defense out and let justice have its day. The victim(s) don't have a second chance to plead. I'm fed up and ready to throw them all in jail for life.

Esteban Dabdoub   November 10th, 2009 3:30 pm ET

I'm very angry at Casey Anthony for murdering her daughter or at the very least for her depraved indefference she showed while her daughter dissapeared she partied, she lied to everyone that showed any interest in Caley's wellbeing, also, the Anthony's have deffinetly made a mess out of the situation by supporting their daughter's lies, I hope that the investigators did not mess-up the evidence etc., I would certainly be enraged if this woman walks out of court a free woman.

AmyB   November 10th, 2009 3:50 pm ET

Anyone know if Casey is still getting money deposited in her commissary account by "anonymous" donors? Who are these people and why would they give their hard-earned money to a suspected baby-killer so that she can buy snacks and beauty products behind bars?? It's bad enough that her parents put money in there..

If my child had been "abducted" and brutally killed, the last things on my mind would be shmearing cocoa butter lotion on myself, conditioning my hair, and shoving cheez doodles in my mouth!!

Shame on everyone who supports her-let her rot in there!! And I CANNOT wait until they put her in GP, maybe then she will get a true taste of prison life..

AmyB   November 10th, 2009 3:54 pm ET

And if the state has muffed the evidence (duct tape?) enough to give Baez an opportunity to get her acquitted, that will be a true travesty of justice.

Max Travers   November 10th, 2009 4:35 pm ET

During the "jail house visits" Cindy asked Casey how to find Zanny. Csaey said she did not know. Cindy asked what would she like for Casey have Cindy toask of Zanny. Of course, bring Caylee home. Casey said over and over she didnot know how or where to find her and George and Cindy said they did not know her (Zanny). Now fast forward the the depositions from George and Cindy. Cindy has a really BAD ATTITUDE and when questioned anwered that she DID have a phone number for Zanny. Who's lying then?
This whole family is hurting but they were all nuts to begin with. Casey was probably daddy's girl and could do no wrong growing up. I've seen alot of that over the years. I believe the situation snowballed to an out of control, self centred, lying killer. I also believe george and Cindy never knew how to handle her or maybe even punish her as a child and now feel like their hands are tied. How coud they possilbly NOT know that she had lost her job? Did they keep passing money on for diapers, baby food, clothes, etc. without asking her "Don't you have any money"? Mental health officials will have a feild day.

Take a syringe full of chloroform and shoot her up with it!!!

jim   November 10th, 2009 6:43 pm ET

what does Orkin or Termanix do with undesireables?
Wake up parents of Casey, lawyers must be in crack smoking party with folks, She killed Caylee, this is a wtf, wake up justice, stop the suspect or alledged classification on persons who are guilty. this is a no brainer. give capital punishment. stop wasting taxpayers' money for room, board, upkeep of this creep.

carolann   November 10th, 2009 7:32 pm ET

When did it all begin in America when you can kill your own flesh and blood and sit in a jail for months on end with everything at your disposal? when?
This thing that she is deserves not one right NOT ONE
because she gave to her OWN DAUGHTER no rights what so ever

I HATE THIS THING SHE IS ..... I WISH ONLY FOR HER DEATH
MAKE HER PAY IM SICK OF HEARING HOW PARENTS KILL THEIR CHILDREN AND GET SENTENCES FOR LIFE
ONCE FOUND GUILTY THEY ALL NEED THE DEATH PENALTY
all of them do

THIS COUNTRY HAS LONG LET GO OF REAL JUSTICE
Just justice if U HAVE ALOT OF MONIES

Cat   November 10th, 2009 9:50 pm ET

Casey is so GUILTY it's totally insane. How stupid does Cindy think the world is? 31 DAYS without talking to her g-child. Give me a break. Why didn't they do something to help that baby? Why did they let her leave that day with her – knowing she had no job. They can't be that dumb. When I think of Casey driving around in Florida in JULY with that baby in the hot car. George said it all to cops when he opened the trunk. Jose Baez just wants to be on tv so bad he can't wait smiling all the time. Did you see him in court He sucks as a lawyer. She is lucky they made it a death pen
case. I can't read about this story anymore!!!!

Cat   November 10th, 2009 9:57 pm ET

One more thing. Could you just imagine bailing her out of jail and getting home after two weeks and they all say "OH BY THE WAY YOU CANT ASK HER ABOUT CALEY" while she laughs and cooks dinner for all and not a word about the baby missing for 2 months now.
INSANE CRAZY ASS FAMILY Good lord!!

Cat   November 10th, 2009 10:00 pm ET

When Cindy writes the book or movie please people boycott!!!! That's why George is sticking around. $$$$

Anon   November 10th, 2009 10:19 pm ET

I looked at photo of tat. What is that on her back? Bruise? Gross.

Carrie   November 11th, 2009 10:04 am ET

Just FYI, some news is reporting the truth, finally. Here's a link that shows the chloroform was insignificant.

AmyB   November 11th, 2009 3:21 pm ET

Yes chloroform levels may be insignificant, but other sources say that it's also possible that Casey failed to "cook up" the chloroform correctly, thus creating a still dangerous compound that is not necessarily hospital grade chloroform. As for the spots on her back, looks like bacne to me, yuck!

Here is a link to Casey's Cupid Profile..many interesting things to see on there. Not the least of which is the fact that she is seeking a BODYBUILDER...hmmm seems like she has an affinity to bodybuilders..testosterone anyone??

Sorry you will have to copy and paste the link, as I do not know how to make a clickable link.

Ummm Carrie are you sure you're not an Anthony? Cindy is that you?

Adina   November 13th, 2009 2:04 pm ET

I think we should have a law passed the every state have a formed provided to women who are under 25 years old who are forced to keep a baby by there parents. It should hold the parents responsible for the unborn child until the child is 18 years old.

Another law for reporting your child missing within 7 hours because families need to be aware. We need funding for each state for more people to train and hire a agency. There should be a website required to list names and pictures of a nanny to Children services.

Cindy has a DUTY to report child abuse. She should be charged.

Florida needs to lauch this project to help parents before child abuse.

We need to place cameras throughout Florida because anyone that can kidnap babies can bring in weapons.

We need a hotline to report anyone who has a child and may have mental issues!

There are a lot of people who talk the talk but we need to make a day when everyone gets together and say NO TO CHILD ABUSE.

Why in the world has our judicial system not already strapped this selfish, poor excuse for a human being, let alone mother to a table and stuck a needle in her arm. She is a waste of space!

Adina   November 19th, 2009 7:41 pm ET

Death for her would be life in prison. For the first ten years in prison she was be in the hospital every week from getting jumped on by someone!
