tiger is no different than any other man,most of them not all but most don't appreciate a good thing when they have it, but this my question if he wasn't famous would we know, and what does him cheating have to do with his job
Nancy I would like to know why are these women acting like the victim when they found out about his infidelity with other women. I am sure they knew about his wife. Shouldn't she be the victim instead of these women like Miss Grubbs with awful face diamonds. I believe the media needs to stop giving these Adultress their 10 minutes of fame.
Tiger Woods should take a break from golf he's definitely not going to be needing any money soon. The only thing that separate Tiger from Obama is that Tiger married out of his race; a drastic mistake. For one to reach his full potential in life he needs a mate and this mate should be out of his own race. So many blacks lives has be distorted by the white man, some of us just do not have direction no matter how great we are.
Good idea. The children need both parents, especially in this day and age. I believe they are doing what is best for their children.
Tiger can take as much time as he needs from golf to be a better father, but he can never correct/fix his marriage. The guy is garbage, he is scum, he is plain trash. I can see forgiving him for his infidelity with one woman(especially when he did not wear protection), but to forgive him for 6 or 9 differenet misstresses, no way!
What would make anyone so disgusting, so cold hearted, to do such harm to his wife and kids? Tiger has no morals, no love for anyone but himself and that you cannot just grow into overnight.

Why are you so quick to resort to calling Tiger names? First of all, there's TWO sides to every story and this is NOT about you. This is between Tiger and Elin Woods.
Tiger is not without his faults, but he's NOT the only one to blame.
Each and every so-called mistress share in the blame. They all have a history of sleeping around trying to catch them a rich fish.
Tiger didn't force these gold-digging women to do anything they didn't want to. Bottom line. These women are becoming more and more predictable, each trying to top each others stories, but all of them scheming to be the next Mrs. Tiger Woods.
If I was Elin, I'd say screw them. I'm not leaving or giving up my marriage because of some caddy women.

We certainly are taken back by the unworthy topic of infidelity as being utilized at this time to fill such air time. Having counseled so many people with such weakneses in their lives I would never find it worthy to make public and pronounce as such a dramatic point.
People making errors need to have their personal space and time to heal, forgive, share with their spouse/family and regain stability once again.
Making such television pronouncements is merely ruining so many people, facets of their lives, possibly prohibiting any ability for recovery because of the pubilicity; not to mention those involved in business even at the lowest level of employment payrolls.
In this Advent and Christmas season we should have so many topics to present to inspire us around the USA to Rejoice and be Glad.

I feel for his wife but he is a dog and she would be better off without him. If it was just one occasion maybe he could try to make it up to her and their children but it just keeps getting worse. The women he cheated with can apologize all they want but they knew he was married (who didn't?) and should have stayed away. My ex-husband cheated on me when our children were the same age as Tiger's so I can feel Elin's pain. After divorcing, I made the mistake of succumbing to temptation with a married man...I paid for it dearly and deserved everything I got. I have been with my current husband for 10 years and having been through it all, would never cheat and hope that he wouldn't either. Tiger has ruined himself with his actions.
I'm appalled at the number of women who will get involved with married men. Why are women hurting other women this way? And why do women value themselves so little that we get involved with men who have no problem cheating?! I married, and 9 years later found out he's a dog who has had at least one affair and has problems with porn and texting. I am meeting women on a daily basis whose husbands are cheating on them. It's all over the 'news'.... it's everywhere and it's disgusting. Why are we defiling ourselves this way and ruining children's lives in the process?

I heard one of your phone calls or texts to the girl you said you were Blasian instead of Cablinasian. Well if that's the case if things do not work out with Elin–get your children by telling the truth that she beat you and maybe someday try for Amerie. Tiger will certainly find out now who his real friends are and who was there just for the publicity and money. Most of the commentary regarding Tiger Woods infidelity as well as cheating by men in general lack a very essential point. Monogamy is not the natural inclination of the human species. Humans as well as, (scientifically proven) over 90% of mammals are not monogamous. Monogamy is a an idea that goes hand in hand in our culture with religious ideology. Is simple, even though neither men nor women are naturally inclined towards monogamy, it is easier for women to conform to the cultural pressures to be monogamous as they are biologically tide to their offspring in fundamentally different ways than men. This does not mean that there are not benefits for the human species in monogamy but to criticize men for "cheating" without understanding that this is our natural drive " to have many sexual partners" is to simplify this issue as well as underestimate the power of nature (body chemistry) in each of us. Of course this analysis is overshadowed by the reality that most adults in the USA still don't believe in evolution thus leading to the conclusion that we humans aren't part of the animal kingdom. Polygamy and homosexuality are very present in nature so we shouldn't be surprise when we humans demonstrate similar traits.
I think Elin should sue all these women. I think people should pay hefty fee for breaking marriage vows. All men and women make legal agreements when they get married and if your going to break these laws why shouldn't you pay a fine. To many men and women get away with this. They just don't care who they hurt as long as they get what they want, maybe if they had to pay a fine then they wouldn't be so quick to admit to it and they think twice about what these transgressions are worth. These vows are suppose to be recognized under God and law. So many people don't respect them. Its so sad to see another hero falling off the pedestal because of sex. There are so many hypocrites out there too, especially his sponsors they use sex to sell their products all the time and now they are trying to distance themselves.
I would have to agree with the many who have commented that why make the mistresses appear to be the victims and that they should be the ones sued for causing embarrassment to Elin for broadcasting their affairs with Tiger Woods. As for Elin, I am 100% sure she knew about these affairs and the mere fact she kept it quiet, I must say, she deserves to be praised. In her own way, the respect she gave to her husband and saving him from the embarrassment of being broadcasted to millions of fans. I too am separated, but maybe if Tiger really loves Elin, and vice versa, they should try to mend and reconcile if there is still that respect she has for her husband. Nancy, I respect you, and I understand and respect you for what you are doing. First of all, Tiger is so wrong for what he did. Nancy, I feel someone needs to investigate Elin, Tiger's wife. I heard this reported, that Elin has a habit of just destroying a house, by breaking up lots of expensive things in houses, valued to tens of thousands of dollars.
I just bet Elin is doing this destructive stuff before their kids. I also believe she is abusive to Tiger because I have heard this reported lots of times , that she hit Tiger in the mouth with the golf club. I'm wondering if this is happening before the kids.

Who decides who is worthy of having their life destroyed by the media? Look at all the celebrities who have committed adultery. They were not met with a literal hailstorm of negative press. What sets Tiger apart from the rest of the filandering men? I've noticed a pattern in the press. Wealthy African American men seem to be targeted more than Wealthy Caucasian men. It's almost as if the press is waiting for them to mess up so their reputations can be destroyed.
Of course Tiger was wrong but he didn't break the law by cheating. Brad Pitt cheated and the press loves him.
Heres's the problem. Poor beautiful blonde wife wronged by Black Man. If his wife had been black, this would have been swept under the rug. Example–Halle Berry and her cheating ex husbands. Lionel Ritchie, Michael Jordan. All were married to black women–all cheated on them. Nobody made a big deal about it.

I am not, nor will I ever be, a Tiger Woods fan. My husband is an avid golfer, but I personally have never cared for Woods. His cocky, arrogant attitude never suited my taste. I think golf is a gentleman's sport, and golfers should be gracious. He never fit that mold. Had he not been such a phenom, I dare say anyone would have liked him! However, I do have to say this in his defense...It's none of the public's business what he does in his personal life. We as a public have an interest in celebrities, but everyone needs to realize they have a right to their private lives as well. I'm sorry for what his wife and children are going through, but I'm sure the media spotlight isn't helping them to cope. Everyone leave them alone and let them deal with this in private. Tiger the celebrity isn't the only person involved. Think of the children who will see and understand all this media attention someday.

Seriously. Some of you that are saying the media is hounding Tiger because he's black and the women are white, have more than a few screws loose.
They are all over this because of who he is as an athlete and who he presented himself to be in the public eye. That's it.
He presented himself as a family man with good morals and as someone who believed in family values. He plays a "gentlemens" game and carried himself as such.
Admitted by Tiger himself, he has cheated. He cheated his wife, his kids, his family, both the adults and children that looked up to him and considered him a role model.

But she has every right to walk away and no be judged, only in the case of unfaithfullness shall a wife live separate from her husband...So she has every right to ask for a divorce certificate as we all know it is true he was by his own admission unfaithful. Ellie, it's not a black and white issue at all. We certainly have enough racial issues in our country; we surely don't need to drag out the cumbersome race card in this case. Tiger is under the gun not because he is Black (actually, he is of mixed race heritage), but because he is an iconic sports figure who lied to his wife and the public about his transgressions. Whether you like it or not, athletes like Tiger who establish foundations and set themself up as role models and enjoy the largesse of lucrative corporate sponsorships are held to a higher standard than the average man or woman on the street. Those women were morally wrong for sleeping with a married man, but it was he who broke his vows, put his reputation on the line and his business in the street, not them. I think the public would also have been far more lenient if it had been a single woman with whom he fell in love, but we have seen a parade of women thus far. One day his children are going to be old enough to Google their daddy's name, and imagine what they will discover.
And imagine how Elin must feel if this latest revelation proves to be valid. Not only did he cheat repetitively with a succession of women (and not use protection), but allegedly he married only to enhance his image. This is his wife and the mother of his children, and as such should be accorded more respect than that.
My sympathies lie entirely with Elin and his children. Not with the mistresses, and certainly not with Tiger, who had it all and didn;t care enough to keep it real.

I am very saddened and sick about hearing this situation. By no means do I think cheating is EVER right, but is Tiger the first athlete that has been guilty of this? Not at all. I understand that there are plenty of public figures that have an image to hold high, but what can you say when there are women constantly throwing themselves at them. People make mistakes. I honestly think a lot of these women are full of themselves. These women were aware he had a wife and quite frankly they did not care about his wife or his kids when they were sleeping with him so why do they feel they have to publicize it now. So now that his wife and his family has been humiliated enough are we going to keep talking about this like Tiger is the first man to cheat. I agree with you , what business is it of ours, people have affairs every day. Don't pass judgment on this man for what he choose to do behind private doors, respect him as an athletic and let his wife deal with their personal issues in private . As for the women that apparently have affairs, all they wanted is for this to leak out have their 15 minutes of fame and maybe collect on some money….. in the end the ones that suffer the most are the children.
I am a little tired of hearing about what I consider a private matter. If she wishes to divorce then she should take her money and go back to Sweden. I can see that the foundation of their marriage is all about money anyway, she was paid up front to marry him and have his children. She is brought and paid for. Why should anyone feel sorry for her, she is about 70 million dollars richer then she was before he married her. Tiger should have never been married in the first place if he still wanted to run around with other women. But on the other hand did any of you women stop to think that his wife was not fulfilling his needs at home. That is the only reason a man needs the attention of that many women in the first place. Elin may be a high fashion model, but what kind of wife is she? The media pegs her has a victim, but she may be a good looking golddigger looking to pad her pockets. Money is the glue in their relationship. Besides if the shoe was on the other foot then most people would say that Tiger was not taking care of home. Its a double edged sword.
The bottom line is that Tiger and Elin's business deal is over. The whole marriage was a prearranged nightmare in the first place. She gets more money if she divorces him anyway, so why should she stay with him, I wonder what happened to being married for better or for worse, how about some forgiveness, a little compromise and useful communication, family, and the love they are suppose to have for one another. These are the building blocks for a traditional marriage, but only one of these building blocks are present in Tiger and Elin marriage, no wonder its coming apart at the seam.
In closing, I would submit that a marriage based on money is a doomed marriage. I would also say that maybe we should look at the women in these cases and not be so quick to judge the man in the relationship. Both man and women have needs that must be fulfilled, and when one fails to supply those needs then marriage is a after thought and the only thing that is left is the business side of the marriage. That is the case for Tiger. A business deal gone bad. Now he has to pay the price.
I hope Elin takes "Elprick" Woods for every cent she can get her hands on – stay 2 extra years if that's what her lawyer advises but get even with him financially for this fiasco he has put her through.

For Tiger, he was the Pinnacle of praised people by kids and adults. He portrayed himself as an humble and integrity based roll model that many people believed in and excepted. He was a key in breaking the barriers of racial discord, proving that African American men can be responsible husbands and fathers.. oops maybe I am wrong... First of all it takes two for an affair. It takes a husband and a wife to ruin a marriage. His wife knew he had problems before she ever even married him. She has admitted that in interviews. Also why was she never around? You never saw her on a tour. Other famous people travel with a nanny and they clearly had the money. Look really hard at Tiger and his wife. It is not all Tigers fault.

If he were to cheat on me with a "black gold-digging whore" or a "white gold digging whore" I would be crushed! The whole point is that he was not TRUE to his MARRIAGE!! Think about this. Would you be surprise to find out that perhaps Elin may have been the person who initiated cheating years ago, in the first place. She could be the person who cheated on Tiger, while he was occupied with his sport. If so, even if Tiger did not directly find out about it, such hidden or secretive action by Elin could destroy a relationship and cause a spousal partner to go astray. Perhaps Tiger was so neglected by his wife that her secretive infidelity caused him to go astray and caused the relationship to fall apart.
If she was in it for the money, then of course she was cheating. If she was in it for the money, then of course subconsciously, or consciously Tiger would not be happy because he didn‘t feel Loved. Because of the lack of love expressed by someone who is in it for the money, Tiger could have become a lost soul in his relationship to the point where he began searching for companionship and relief in all the wrong places. Perhaps, because she was in it for the money, he was searching for brief emotion and satisfaction outside of the home, while acting as though all is well at home to keep the media off his back, thus allowing him to continue achieving success in his profession, and staying quiet about such unhappiness between him and his wife so that the kids could grow up still having their biological mother and father. This is very common in relationship where 1 person is in it for the money. Just wait, soon, the truth will unfold.
Perhaps, she was a brutal, abusive woman at home, and Tiger ran off seeking companionship outside of the home. Perhaps, Tiger was searching for Love, but to now avail. If this is so, I think they should have divorced a long time ago. I don’t normally involve myself in the middle of other peoples relationships, but they did not look happy together. Finally, money will never buy love.

This applies to both man or woman. People cheat because sometimes a partner is cheating. Whether your partner knows about it or not, it will directly and indirectly destroy your relationship.
