Joran Van der Sloot is up to his old tricks again…not that he ever stopped. For 5 long years he has told his tall tales, allegedly lying to Aruban police in 2005 when arrested and interrogated in the disappearance of American teen Natalee Holloway during her high school trip in Aruba. Police back then couldn’t pin down Van der Sloot, who told multiple conflicting stories.
Then when he was finally released from custody and charges were dropped, the Dutch playboy then merrily went along his way to university in Holland, hoping to shake the bad taste of an investigation that would haunt him for the next 5 years. Rather than succeeding in school, straightening out his life and being grateful for narrowly missing a conviction for murder, Van der Sloot continued his old habits – partying, drinking, smoking marijuana, gambling, dropping out of school – until he was caught by surprise in an undercover taped interview telling yet another version of what happened the night Natalee Holloway vanished.
This time he confesses to friend that she died in front of him on the beach after a series of inexplicable convulsions, and then he and an accomplice disposed of her body in the ocean. Surprise, just days later, when the tape became public, Van der Sloot retracts his confession. Nearly two years after the undercover video, Van der Sloot voluntarily submits to a polygraph test and taped interrogation, where he tells the tale of Holloway falling off a balcony of a friend’s house after a night of cocaine-driven partying. He claims she fell to her death by accident and he and a friend disposed of her body in a swamp.
Then there is the tragic and unexpected death of his father, a character long alleged to be Joran Van der Sloot’s “accomplice after the fact.” His sudden heart attack on a tennis court in Aruba devastated young Joran Van der Sloot, according to his mother Anita, who now after weeks of silence, speaks out to a Dutch newspaper. She describes a troubled son, who blamed himself for the death of his father and who was spiraling out of control. She also claims that her son’s mental health issues caused her to commit her son to a mental clinic, but that Joran ran off to Peru just two days before he was to be taken to the mental clinic.
But the lies, the public now has learned, started well before Holloway’s disappearance. When Van der Sloot was just a young high school student, he told complicated lies and stories, according to one ex-girlfriend who spoke out to ABC news. Melody Granadillo says she dated Van der Sloot for 7 months and finally broke up with him because he told so many stories and lies and she caught him cheating on her.
And now in the last month, he’s allegedly told even more lies…beginning with lying to Holloways mother. In order to scam Beth Holloway out of $250,000, he told her another lie about where her daughter’s body was buried, according to federal prosecutors and the FBI. And now, he confesses to murdering young Peruvian girl Stephany Flores, but in typical Van der Sloot style, he recants his confession, claiming he was “tricked.” Now he is even saying that the FBI “lured” him to Peru and set up the entire murder of Stephany Flores. He says its all a set up! It’s a huge conspiracy!

How is it that this guy can feel remorse or fault for his father's death but not for these two girls? Or is he just more upset that his get out of jail free card is gone? I'm sure his father had a conscience, and maybe helping his son get away with murder and the stress that can undoubtedly put on someone did indeed lead to his death. His mother ought to man up and tell her son to tell the truth for a change and accept the consequences of his actions.
This whole thing is tragic – Sloot gets a free license to hold the world hostage – hopefully he will go off to prison soon and that will be the end of him. Personally, I don't think he will ever tell the truth about Natalee, so sad for the Holloways. My guess is he killed her and his patents had full knowledge of dumping her body in the ocean. If there is anyone to blame it's the Aruban goverenment and his loser parents for letting him get away with Natalee's death and then killing Ms. Flores (God only knows how many others 2) and not the FBI. On another note I can't imagine why women find him attractive – he has ears like they are flapping in the wind and his head looks like a Neanderthal Frankenstein that went wrong.
So why would anyone give Joran Van Der Sloot $25,000? Since he is a notorious liar, why would Natalee Holloway's mother & the FBI believe that there is an ounce of decency in this man to give up the whereabouts of the body. Didn't they foresee that he was just pimping the system again? I would have also been more concerned over the general public's well-being than to provide Joran with funding to further exploit Natalee Holloway, not to mention the potential danger in filling a suspected killer's pockets with cash. It was a bad idea & the FBI should just own up.
The death of Van Der Sloot's father is anything BUT TRAGIC....Wake Up America.His son killed Natalee Holloway and the father got rid of her body so good no one will ever find it.I do not think even Joran knows where Natalee's body is.

We all know that Joran is desperately playing with any hand of the partial deck of cards he has left to play with. My wish is he does get to go back to Aruba to serve the rest of his sentence for Natalee ONLY after he does his 35 years in the rat infested cell he is in there in Peru for Stephany. My bets are he won't live long enough to serve his full sentence in Peru. Truly a demon seed this one is.
Let's not forget his confession about selling Natalee in to sexual slavery. What a horrible person. I feel for the families and these girls, however many there are.

And yet the media continues to pay "hefty sums", according to his current defense attorney, to interview him. Why would anyone pay him large amounts of money to tell more lies? Where does the money go that he gets for these interviews that are done from his prison cell? Why is he allowed to make money while he is imprisoned and charged with the murder of a young girl? Why don't the victims' families file a wrongful death civil suit (as in the case of OJ Simpson) and lay claim to this money that he is making on these interviews. Why should his attorney get this money for defending him in the death of this beautiful, young woman?

Has anyone searched the grounds of any property owned or rented by the van der Sloot family? I would suggest someone check under or around any trees or gardens planted within the last five years.
Joràn van der sloot is obviously mentally ill. While he must face punishment for the murder of Stephany flores and the probable murder of Natale Holloway, it is my hope that he be evaluated by a competent psychiatrist and treated accordingly.
Nancy as you know in the US, in most states it takes 2-4 years or more for a murder case to go to trial, How long does this take in Peru?
Also, how is the appeals process in Peru? Is is similar to the US where it drags on for 10-20 years or more?

On the van der Sloot case and him "pretend" knocking on the hotel door . . . could he have been setting up a case for himself to pass a lie detector test? Like, saying he left for coffee, came back, knocked on the door, got the hotel clerk, etc. all of that would be true, so I wonder if he was making a case for himself to not look like the murderer.

I would be curious to track his movements over the last few years and see if there are other young women who were found dead or perhaps never found at all, while he was in town. I look in his eyes and see a serial killer. I'd be willing to bet that he has done this many times before.
Is it my viewpoint or does Joran never knock on the door? It seems he is just acting like he is knocking for the camera? It looks like his hand never touches the door when he knocks. May have no relevance, but I think he is not acting to the best of his ability! We have seen his other performances.

Am wondering if there might have been some way Joran told Miss Flores to use his computer if she wanted & then he sent that e-mail & was calling her mongoloid & was actually using that way in telling her that he was going to kill her & that it might not have ever been meant for Joran? That would really make it all premeditated, cold & calculated as well!!! It’s a shame the Aruban police could not see through this guy in 2005. They even released him afterwards he confessed what happened to Nathalee Holloway. Unbelievable ! What kind of a police department are they running on that island you should ask? They could have saved the life of another young innocent girl if they had kept this psychopath in jail. This monster is a sick liar and murderer besides being a narcissist. He should spend the rest of his life on Earth in jail. And it seems that Peru has the right kind of jail for this animal. Death would be too good for him, he must suffer like his victims did. I will never recommend anyone to travel to Aruba. I lived there 4 years and that was enough. Tonight you seemed confused why he might have tried to put his white shirt back on the body of his latest victim in Peru. I suggest that this action was just a preparation for the continuation of his lies. He got her blood on his shirt and couldn't take the shirt with him, so he would undress her and put his shirt on her. Then when she was discovered, he would explain that was how he had left her "sleeping".
I am the kind of person who pay's attention to detail in situations.
Not one person has commented on the fact that in the video of Joran coming out of the room with the 2 coffee's and fake knock's...the door wasn't even all the way closed! Pay attention to the door when he first knocks, shortly after Joran the Moron realizes then he pulls the door the rest of the way closed and continued to fake knock. The pathetic wrist action as he pauses between knocks was appauling. I pray for those familes that had their loved ones taken by such a monster.

While I can understand the Holloway's desperation, I cannot understand how anyone can buy into believing that Joran is able to say where Natalie's remains are; moving around the body of a grown woman in the middle of the night is no easy task. Joran either weighted her down and dragged her into the ocean or borrowed the brother's boat and dumped her deeper into the ocean, never to be found again.
He is capable, albeit unwilling, to say what transpired that night, however no deals should be made based on promises he obviously cannot keep.
According to the reports, Joran van der Sloot original comments on the first day of Natalie's disappearance was that they took her out to the lighthouse because she wanted to see sharks. Part of that story could be true, they could have taken her there and dumped her body after she fell into a coma. They may have given her the date rape drug, raped her, and dumped her body. I think park of her remains may still be in the water at that lighthouse.

There was a an article I read on the internt that Mom VS had old Joran to turn himself in and something about him being paranoid when he called her before Stephany was killed and again after she was killed...and she asked him..it wasn't Stephany was it and he replies no it wasn't Stephany. How does she know Stephany to ask about to to J by name? He should have been in Hollywood..his stories change daily...reminds me of a soap opera. And of course, he doesn't have to ever connect one lie to another very successfully, because the story line changes when he opens his mouth. I would love to watch an execution of the double murderer Van Der Sloot. He is a dangerous physco path who deserves nothing less then death.
I read where his lawyer came up with the scheme to sell interviews with Joran for 'large sums' to the media. That is the only reason he is staying on. He figured out a way to get paid. I would also imagine there is an element out there sending Joran money. I doubt he was promised to be allowed to go to the Netherlands in exchange for his confession. I double he was tricked. Hopefully this was all recorded on video. I think the Peruvian judciary system is doing everything by the book. They have a body with his DNA under her fingernails. They aren't seeing anyone from Aruba until the end of August to give them time to make their case firm. I would love nothing more then to see the world rid of him tomorrow. I stay intriqued, but furious. He won't go down, he keeps playing games, much like he was at a casino table. As far as Natalee, all we have is his side of the story. She was said to be the most responsible of the group, I think he drugged her and killed her, possibly when she woudn't respond to him. I think that Joran Vandersloot was raised in a family who thought they were above the law. As a diplomat in a different country, he knows that diplomats are sometimes beyond the law no matter what they do. Being raised with that in mind, he did whatever he wanted to do and came to be the messed up in the head, serial killer that he is. How can someone who has even a semblance of sanity, change their stories so often and so drastically???? He shows no emotion and certainly no remorse!!!! If take him back to Aruba, he will either escape or be imprisoned in the lap of luxury instead of the Hell that he deserves.
Joran is not an ignorant individual. His father was a judge. He knows and understands the legal system, how to play and work it. His father, it appears, had enabled Joran's bad behaviors and did not allow Joran to take responsibility for his poor choices and actions.
I am confused and concerned. Reported it is said that he said he declothed her after the beating and death. Why is it that if this is true why was there not more blood on her clothes? From what I have heard and can put together knowing that I do not believe most of what he has said (Although most sociopaths add only little truths to their large lies). I think this was a forced oral sex rape gone very bad, it is easy to beat and break a womens neck when she is down below you. She was in a vunerable position and maybe this is where "the dna under her nails" came from, maybe we have not seen those marks on him because they are somewher in his private area.
This would be funny only if 2 women weren't dead because of this person. It's hard to see how he could have been stopped after his first murder as the investigation did not yield enough evidence. He is clearly a danger to society and needs to be locked away to keep from involving others in his collateral damage of self destruction. I hope they put him away this time, and if ever released goes directly to a mental hospital. He is clearly not worthy of living in society.
And what about the FBI and Beth Holloway?

There are really three issues:
When Lillian glass appeared this evening she was identified as a psychologist. I checked the board of psychology in California and it appears she does not hold a license as either a psychologist or educational psychologist. Her web site identifies her as a communication expert.
2. Nancy, you have referred to the psychological evaluation on vandersloot. You or Jean do not identify if any psychological testing was done or this was done by clinical interview only. Also there are no risk assessment nor PCL-R or measure of violence. If you have the whole report, you should identify who did the assessment and if vandersloot was cooperative...that's an important issue and if tests were used that are empirically validated.
Big Chance Joran killed Stephany. But let's not be lured into tunnel vision and not look into other possibilities who might have done it. You never know what desparate parents of a missing girl are capable of. The Garcia guy is becoming a big question mark in this whole event. And it seems the hotel never had security cameras installed, let alone HiDef cams. Could it be that there were only cams set up pointing at Joran's room? And if yes, we so who installed these and when? Justice must prevail in both cases. This one and that of Holloway.
I say enough of all of his b.s. Put him under sodium pentathol and ask him where Natalee is and what happened to her.

There is one constant in his confessions about the Holloway case and that is he is responsible for her disappearance and/or death. The rest of it shouldn't matter. He should be tried for his part as the main perpetrator and if he was not alone and does not tell on the others, then so be it. He will eventually. Let him be the one to prove who helped him. He can. There does not always have to be a big cleaning out of details surrounding an event for a conviction. He confessed and publically. There is plenty of evidence to support he was one of the ones with her last seen alive. Now it should be on him to ease his own burden. What is everyone thinking to let him off because he is a "liar." Allow him the courtesy of paying for what he confesses he did to one of our citizens as well.
In my opinion a very sick individual, but I do have a question.
Could drugs have been a reason for Stephanie to accompany Joran to his hotel room that night? Did anyone drug test Joran? Is it possible, since they found ghb in his vehicle, that Joran takes ghb for recreational purposes and this drug causes a high or black-out that enables him hunt for a potential victim and to act out and be violent, to perform sexually and not to fully remember the actual acts or details of the assault the next day?
I know nothing about this drug, but does it cause hallucinations of some sort that run through the mind, giving him different scenarios or versions later of what could have happened? He keeps making up all these things,then re-canting – is it just to confuse the police or to cause agony to the families of these poor young victims? Does he have no capacity for compassion or remorse? Can't he be charged with obstuction of justice at the very least?

Joran called his casino buddy & his ex girlfriend wanting them to send him money. I believe he borrowed money from Stephany at the casino & they were going back to his room because he told her he had the money there to repay her. He then robbed her & killed her. I like a previous caller thought her body language looked like, ok I'm following him to his room to get my money. I think he just pulled her pants off to stage the crime scene. He made up the story that some men broke in & robbed & killed her. There is usually a little bit of truth in a criminals lie & that is that she was robbed.

nancy, in one of the videos from the casino, i saw joran and stephany exchange something. it could have been gum, money, etc. stehphany did not dress or look like a girl that would go to a hotel room with a stranger. also during the video of them in the hallway of the hotel, they looked like strangers to each other. her head was down, he did not open the door and let her go first. little exchange at all. she never made eye contact with the clerk at the desk. i believe he either borrowed money from her and told her he had money in his room and would pay her back or some other way to get her to his room. she would not have gone without a reason and it was not for romance. i am a mother of 2 daughters, grown. also, i do not think she would have ot into his computer without his consent. she just does not look or dress the type, she seemed shy and more of a tomboy type young lady. especially having brothers, she would have know the dangers. mel

My opinion is that Joran killed Stephany Flores. There is too much evidence against him. He wanted Stephany's gambling winnings, so he drugged her and lead her into his hotel room and murdered her. I hope the Peru authorities do not let him slip through their fingers. I hope they see through all his lies, because he likes to spin the truth, hoping to plant reasonable doubt. He is a bully. I think he drugged &/or raped her. Then she had a seisure caused by being drugged. He freaked out, called his father & they dropped her comertised body over board 2km out. In my opinion he should be found guilty and should be given a life senstence without bail. I don't believe that the place of imprisonment should matter when a man goes to prison its not like one cell is better than the other. You sit and rot, your possibility of potential is thrown out the window. In fact all a human does is pull money from a countries economy. Now I can understand why he'd like to serve his charges in an American prison due to the fact that our legal system is very lenient and those that deserve full justice don't always get it. This particular prison is currently paying restitution for murdering prisoners they were supposed to transfer to a new area in 1992. The warden and other prison officials along with the military commenced a strike on the cell blocks to be transferred. The attack originated in a women's area and was planned to end on Mother's Day just to be even more cruel. It included grenades, sub-machine guns and other weapons used on unarmed prisoners. Pregnant and elderly women were murdered, beaten and guarded with unmuzzled dogs. Prisoners were executed in front of other prisoners. The injured were denied medical treatment and threats of harm were made against their families. 42 prisoners were murdered and 175 injured. The real shocker here is that The Peruvian authorities even care that a woman was brutally murdered. They may just want Joran to offer him a job.

What happened to Stephanie:
Based on the video of the last time we saw her alive, she looked sick when she approached Joran at the table. She seemed to be covering her mouth at one point and looked as if she just threw up. She tells Joran something (maybe that she was not feeling well) and he replies (maybe 'lets take you to my room where you can lay down') then immediately rolls back his chair and gets up and they leave.She walks ahead quickly. I think he drugged her, just like he did to Natalie. Stephanie walks on looking down at the floor, her body language does not reflect that she was seeking any sort of romance, they were not holding hands or touching each other at all, her hair was pulled up in a knot and she seemed to be draging and unbalanced. At one point where they were walking past the table and chairs (looked like a conference room) she seemed to hold on to the wall for balance. Plus I dont think any girl in a menstrual cycle would be looking for intercourse. She lays down on the bed and the drug takes effect and she eventually passes out. Joran then proceeds to undress her (hence her pants had no blood), as he is doing this she wakes up and in her drugged out state tries to fight back as best as she could, but was not strong enough to inflict more serious wounds on Joran. He was enraged when he notices the sanitary napkin and flips out when she tried to push him away. There was no laptop issue whatsoever. He drugged her just like he did Natalie and maybe others, it's his MO. He usually picks up girls where drinks are being served so that he can spike them. I believe that drugs are legal in the Netherlands so they are easy for him to obtain. The one thing we can all count on is that he will never tell the truth. For Stephanie however he will not get away, for Natalie there are others who know what happened but will not talk to protect themselves.

In a recent interview Anita VDSloot said 'American girls were naturally attracted to Joran and THEY were in Aruba to party' afterall. She said this as if it were others fault. I saw on the news today that Anita said JOran used to sneak out and go to the casino's, that Paulus would play poker with him, leave him at the casino, and give Joran his "line of credit."
Parents who enable their kids CREATE monsters in my opinion. Parenting out of guilt or ignorance; not wanting your kids to face any consequences, blaming everyone else for kids bad choices; and thinking that your kid can do no wrong are all prerequisites to helping kids grow up as monsters. Look at Casey Anthony – enabled. Scott Peterson – enabled.
Bottom line is we have to let our children face consequences for bad choices. We can be there for them to protect and love them but part of life is learning what is right and wrong. When our kids do wrong, we tell them the truth, give consequences, and move on. It's not the worst thing in the world for children to feel bad about themselves for doing something wrong...that's how they truly learn self-esteem.

I beg to differ with a CJ here abouy yhr cameras. If you got\ to the Tac Hotel site it boasts of "security and cameras." The cameras catch anyone walking down the passage way into the hall way with the rooms. Sloots room just hapend to be where you can catch him from the hallway to his nearby room. If pointed farther down the hallway then you would get only (perhaps) the top of ones head.

Everyone states the the murder was extremely violent. When Van der Sloot was evaluated in prison did they log any injuries to his body? I haven't heard anything on whether there injuries or not. Just is pysch evaluation. If there were none, how could this murder possibly happen? Maybe there was someone else helping him. Not that I believe that.

Secondly, I love the fact that you do not hesistate to say it the way it is and are never intimidated by any of your guests on the show, i.e. especially the die hard defense attorneys who only have tunnel vision.
Nancy, I have been thinking about Joran's attorney's angle and I have a theory. As I cannot believe he would be that ignorant to agitate the judges in his case by claiming he was framed, etc., did anyone ever think that there is a possiblity that maybe his attorney is using these tactics so that Joran will be convicted and get the maximum. It is just a theory, as his attorney I believe is Peruvian, am I correct, and who knows what ties he had with Stephanie's father who was so prominent in Peru?.

There are a lot of conspiracy theories going on here. What if Joran was in South America to engage in the slave trade there? At one point Joran confessed to selling Natalee to slave traders. Later there was a story about Joran recruiting young girls in Thailand for the same purpose. Being on South American soil would have made it easier for him hence no transport by boat. This should be a lesson to all parents with young children. While it looks cute when the youngster tells big stories and even at times it gives you a sense how intelligent or clever they are, we should never paint any lie, no matter how obvious or clever in a good light.
I'm more than willing to say that I think many lawyers take pride in embellishing the truth where they are proud when their own offspring does the same. I don't have a very high regard of them for this very reason. It's an anomaly in personality. They might save your life, like van der Sloot's dad did, but that doesn't make for what I consider a quality person.
And yes, I know the majority of kids from attorneys are not murderers or even commit crimes, but I would suspect for those kids that live above the upper middle class that come from a family of attorneys, their crime statistics are much greater from those that come from the same economic class that are not attorneys. And statistical information will be more skewed from that group, e.g., Ted Kennedy, and even Joran here.
How many times did you grow up with kids that got off scot-free because their dad was in the law profession verses those kids whose dad was a warehouse worker.
I know a woman struggling right now with her kids. She was from a long line of police officers, and her husband was from a long line of attorneys. She tells me that bad is winning out over good. Her kids are teenagers, and most likely will get past this bad time of their life.
Just wanted to say that even a microscopic amount of skin can yield DNA. Joran would not have to have any visible scratches. Even one skin cell can yield DNA. They get DNA from the bulb at the end of one strand of hair all the time. And that is tiny.

Phil – I think you nailed it best of all. I just saw a brief video on the court room. It is basically a small office with a table. The Judge and his staff of about 4 will sit and face Joran and his attourney. There is a small viewing area separated by glass. You know we can guess how he did it and theorize about cameras – the bottom line is he was caught on film at the casino and at the hotel. He has confessed and is retracting his statments. It's a lost cause – he's a lost cause -and now his mother is coming out with statements that he did in fact have psyche issues. We are not stupid. He's toast. Goodbye, good ridence. I think after he had her in that room, he made a game out of it and taunted her by saying, You know who you are with? I am joran Vandersloot. Told her what he did to N. Halloway, she then struck him out of fear and it was then on. When the Aruba incident happened, I kept close watch, because I knew he would be in the news again., for murder. I also get a little sick when people like to blame the parents. We are not in their shoes and I am sure we don't really know what we would do under certain circumstances unless we have to face it. The only one to blame here is Joran Vandersloot.
First of all I think Aruba swept everything about Natalie holloway under the rug.I truly think they know what happened to her but because of "the judge" they kept alot of things hidden they should have found her body if they were looking.They have no sympathy for Ms Holloway not being able to give her child a proper buriel.I mean have a heart.Jorans father had alot to do with this case because he got rid of her body and he took that to his grave.I dont think Aruba will come to peru and talk with joran about Natalie.I would never vacation at aruba.REST IN PEACE NATALIE

Why are we discussing all of this? Really, he is in Peru, he was caught in Peru and they are not going to let him go. He cannot wiggle himself out of this, not in Peru.
The justice system in Peru is not the same as we are all use to, they don't play with the same rules. He is going to jail and horrible jail at that but I think we can all be sure we won't be hearing about him for a long long time.

What ever happened to Joran's friends -the Kalpoe brothers? They are eye witnesses to what he did to Natalee. Have they ever been offered complete immunity for their willingness to tell what he did? Why isn't anyone mentioning their names?

I believe that druged Natalee with a date drug and that she probably did die on the beach. Knowing that he druged her and that he would be found out he killed her and dumped her body in the shark infested waters. That his partner in crime was his father, I don't know anybody that would take a risk like that and keep quiet. Once he had commited murder his very soul was tarnished and then with the death of his father he felt responsible for that as well. He went to Peru playing the playboy roll, he then killed again. But this was a brutal crime breaking her nose, fracturing her skull, you know he literally beat her to death, I can't believe that he did this just for money and some credit cards. He had exculated to brutal murderer. I can't believe that anyone will every buy his story that his rights were violated , what about Natalee and Stephanies rights. Nobody can ever punish him for these crimes and you can better believe that God will because it is written "Vengence is mine sayeth the Lord".

It is my opinion that Stephany Flores' murder could have and wouldve been prevented had Aruban authorities done there jobs in the first place, but because his father was a well known influential judge in Aruba, he recieved a free ride with the Hollaway Case 5 years ago.Then he beleived he was above the law, and went on to traffic women, gamble, use drugs and railroad people in to supporting him.However, lately since the case in Lima, with the Flores murder, I must say I honestly feel very sorry for Joran's mom. She has bravely come out and stated her thoughts regarding her son and putting him in a not so favorable light basically washing her hands of him and lending insight to the peruvian investigation. I applaud her actions. It would be very difficult to come out and state facts that she has stated. Calling her son Sneaky, saying she beleived he is guilty of murder and also said if she could be with the victims, she would cry with them and hug her. I wanted to cry when I heard that she had said that because everyone always thinks of the victims families, and they should, but nobody usually considers what the parents of the suspects suffer. I cant imagine having my son in a peruvian prison such as Castro Castro, or Luri Goncho knowing that they have about a 50/50 chance of getting out alive, under such harsh and incomprehensible conditions. She is still Joran's mother although he has committed such unforgivable acts. I dont beleive she would be speaking openly and candidly if Jorans dad was alive today, which leads me to think that quite possibly she was forced to hold so much pain, fear and anguish inside for so long not to mention guilt. I am not taking sides here at all, becuase god knows my heart goes out to the Hollaways and Flores families. I just hope people will consider his mom and what she must feel as well. Hell is for victims, and hell is for families of those who commit these acts of violence.
the coverage of Joran has stopped? Is Joran's mother Jewish as is claimed? What about the dead father? Do Jorans parents know where Natalie is? Place Joran in with the other prisoners and you will find where natalie is.
How do we know that Joran was lying about the whereabouts of Natalie being put in the location that he had pointed out. My understanding is there was nothing at that location when she went missing, however since then there has been something built at that location. If this is true couldnt it be possible that he did in fact put her there knowing full well that something was going to be built there very soon and so she would be covered up by the construction. How did they determine that she is not in that location if there is now something built? I know they claim he lied but how did they come to that determination?

I feel we can pretty much assume that when he killed Natalie it was as horrific as with Stephany. It certainly was not an accident.
